Evaluation Of High-Speed Railway Passenger Train Service Plan And System Development

Evaluation of passenger train service plan is the foundation of optimizing and adjusting the plan, but currently lacks a comprehensive service plan evaluation system which can cover all the features of the high-speed passenger train. It is necessary to analyze and study the comprehensive evaluation method according to the characteristics of service plan in our country.In order to develop a reasonable evaluation index system of service plan, the key problems and basic steps are analyzed. Based on the principles for establishing index system and selecting indicators, a more comprehensive evaluation index system of service plan is established.Combined with the nature of the individual indexs and overall indexs, the advantages and disadvantages of evaluation method are analyzed. In order to study the individual indexs for a single plan, cluster analysis is used to simplify index system, and principal component analysis is used to calculate the principal component score of each trains. In order to analyze the overall indexs forseveral plans, AHP-DEA comprehensive evaluation method is presented which integrated both subjective and objective weight coefficient. Based on a number of comprehensive score, the best one can be selected.On the basis of the theory research for comprehensive evaluation index system and evaluation method, requirement analysis and functional design are put forward by C# and Oracle technologies for system implementation.The passenger train service plan of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway in 2012 is studied as a case. The analytic results of sample show that the index system can be used for evaluating the operation effect of passenger train service plan, especially for optimizing and adjusting passenger train service plan.
