Wind turbine is undergoing an obvious development in high power,high tower,large blade with the update of technology, vibration problem of wind turbine is increasingly prominent, it is very necessary for study on the vibration characteristic and vibration control on the related components. Steel tower wind turbine basically is used in all domestic wind farms, reinforced concrete tower wind turbine has obvious advantages than steel tower wind turbine on the economy and installation, but it is no reinforced concrete tower wind turbine for experimental study in domestic wind farms, so the article has study on vibration characteristic of reinforced concrete tower wind turbine, based on the steel tower wind turbine.The article introduces the vibrating test of gear box in the engineroom of 1.25MW wind turbine in wind farm of DATANG INTERNATIONAL POWER GENERATION CO.,LTD, and obtains the detailed structure form and parameters of the wind turbine, and has real-time monitoring on four wind turbines of four typical area in the wind farm, and gets time domain response of wind turbine.The on-line condition monitoring was applied on full power test platform that uses 1.25MW wind turbine of DATANG, vibrating test was used for key parts in the engineroom of wind turbine, spindle,gearbox,generator,generator underframe, and so on, and the natural frequency of generator underframe and time and frequency domain response of gearbox,ring gear,generator and generator underframe are obtained. Through two tests, the vibration characteristic in the engineroom is obtained.Virtual machine technology is applied on the steel tower wind turbine in the test wind farm, the vibration characteristic of wind turbine's main components is obtained, vibration characteristic of engineroom,tower of wind turbine is basically complete; at the same time, based on the steel tower wind turbine, the article has simulation analysis on reinforced concrete wind turbine, and its vibration characteristic is confirmed preliminarily, and it provides theoretical basis for design and build of reinforced concrete wind turbine.Through experimental study and virtual machine technology, structural characteristics and vibration characteristic of sensitive parts in the engineroom of vibration, steel tower wind turbine and reinforced concrete tower wind turbine are obtained.
