On the basis of national 836 program that "The Use of Ti3SiC2 Material in the Field of Pantograph Slide of High-speed Train", a research is addressed on the friction and wear machine that to test pantograph slide material with the function of high-speed current-carrying. In this thesis, a design of a set of digital control system is made, described the key technical problems.Mathematical model of each component is built at first, for the design is based on the system model. Under the real parameters, simulation research to the mathematical model of pantograph simulator is performed, which is the key research object of whole control system. Besides, analysis of temporal characteristics and the frequency domain properties are did. Based on the mathematical model, a solution named double PC controls is proposed to satisfy requirement of digital controller. With adoption of xPC Target real time kernel, this scheme is rasied to study the software interface technology between xPC Target and labIEW. Then, the control system software possess reliable and real time xPC Target and friendly interface at meanwhile.Specific to the hysteresis of closed loop control system, a solution is projected, which is based on the Zero phase control strategy. It fulfills the design and simulation analysis of the mathematical model of pantograph simulation. The analysis result presents that under the existed model, the Zero phase control system achieves perfect tracking control effect.According to the experiment, the researcher study the accuracy of the model of pantograph simulator speed servo system and the control effect of the Zero phase controller based on this model. The experiment result shows that the theoretical model is consistent with the actual system. Its error is less than the closed loop control system.
