ABSTRACT:Along with the rapid development of urbanization progress, subway, light rail and other modern transport have been to the main artery of urban transport system with its high efficiency, low pollution, transport volume and other advantages. What's accompanying with is urban rail transit on key technologies and major equipment development work.This paper relies on the National Eleventh Five-Year Plan to support science and technology, the key power electronics components and major equipment development-2×180kW subway train traction drive system and auxiliary converter, and its main objective is to realize the function of high-frequency charge prototype and focus on control strategy of input-series output-paralleled DC/DC circuit.At first, charging characteristics and method of car battery are introduced. Follow it, the main topology structure of ISOP DC/DC circuit and drive method which suit for high voltage and high power is discussed and the Mathematical derivation and theoretical analysis of control strategy based on voltage-sharing and current-sharing are gave. By calculations, the style of main power electronics equipment and parameter.Secondly, the control system based on double DSP & FPGA construction is propounded. And the sub-function models such as IGBT drive, A/D, protection logic, communication, display in PC platform and strategy of charging control.What's more, this paper constructs a simulation model in MATLAB to verify the functionality of the main circuit and the reasonableness of the main parameters. Output voltage closed-loop control strategy, voltage-sharing and current-sharing control strategy based on ISOP are confirmed as well.At last, this paper builds a prototype of high-frequency charger to test its function, temperature rise characteristics, protection logic and the reliability and stability when load break and network voltage fluctuations.Simulation and experimental results show that charger designed for performance indicators meet the design requirements. And this paper may provide a useful reference for high frequency, high power and network of urban rail transit Charger.
