With the rapid development of China's econmic construction,the prduction and construction of hypoid gear are more and more wide,it can be used to convey the wrong room for the two-phase vertcal axis rotary movement.Compared to other forms of bevel gear,there is a offset distance in the small of hypoid gear. The advantages of hypoid gear are larger contact ratio,higher transmission effciency,smooth transmission.The offset distance can be satisfy with the requirement of automotive industry.But because of the complexity of the formation of tooth surface,it is not easy to design and manufacture a gear.The problem for hypoid gear in design and manufacture has bothered specialists and scholars who study gears for so long.The research of this paper absolutely kicks away theoretical way of tradition and presents a careful argument for the new transmission principle of hypoid gear,the new principles and methods of the formation of tooth surface .The paper abandons the complicated method of the formation of tooth surface.The surface of gear member which the paper researchs is made up of two planes which are neitehr vertical nor parallel with the gear axis,and the shape of socket tooth is"V".The array"V"which rotates around gear axis forms the surface of gear member.As a result,shaping method can be used to manufacture gear member with cutting at a time.The surface of pinion is a ruled surface which is generated by the surface of gear member in accordance with gear ratio. As a result,envelop method can be used to manufacture the surface of pinion with two associative rotational motions(constat ratio tranmission). The paper also establishes the formula of the method of cutting ruled surface hypoid gear including study,explanation,proof of manufacture method about double-side and two-rotation and derives the machine adjustment parameters and coordinate equation of motion trace of the cutter.Taking a ruled-surface hypoid gear as an example,the paper simulates gear tranmission and gear manufacturing.By means of the simulation,the paper expounds and proves the new tranmission and formation of tooth surface principles.At last according to the new principles, to desgin the ruled-surface hypoid gear machine.In the manufacturing processes using the saw blade cutter along the cutting direction once can get the required tooth. By the reasurch in the paper,so that the gear can be smooth transmission and correct meshing. The ruled-surface hypoid gear needs only the simple cutting tool and the easy processing to manufacture the gear.Based on the new formation of tooth surface principles and maching methods, the paper has innovative break,pushes the study on the ruled-surface hypoid gear.All above have the significance of improving the level of processing the ruled-surface hypoid gear. |
