The Study Of Emergency Preplan Management System Based On The CBR And RBR Technology

With Chinese highway traffic and the increase of traffic mileage, in addition to the road terrain and environmental factors, lead to complex emergencies occur frequently, so traffic management department events disposal decision makers urgently need a computer decision support system for highway to basic data information and event disposal decision process the knowledge management, in view of the different emergency, through the analysis and processing of various data and knowledge quickly produce effective and reasonable event handling and traffic control scheme, thus to provide emergency disposal traffic management scheme of decision support, make its timely take active measures, in the shortest possible time restore traffic, eliminate the events. So highway emergency plan management system is very important significance.Through the analysis of the concept of Highway Emergency, summed up the problems in dealing with Highway Emergency, and then combined with the advantages that using CBR and RBR technology to solve Highway Emergency plan, put forward the idea of this paper.According to the study of the existent problems about Emergency Plan Management, the paper designs the framework and the structure system of Plan management system, and then develops the relevant software interface. After analysis of attribute and its character of case, operations of such as to add, delete, modify case in case management system is implemented, and logic structure and algorithm is designed. Preplan is generated based on CBR and RBR. Case-based Reasoning module mainly adopts object-oriented method, and represents case according to case attribute character. Retrieval algorithm of preplan is designed, and the solution with which similar incident is in accord is acquired, solving the problem of inquiring emergency preplan. Rule-based reasoning module adopts the knowledge representation method which relies mainly on production rule supplemented by object-oriented method, establishes a knowledge base, and puts system inference engine into effect by comprehensive usage of rule-based reasoning and object-oriented reasoning.
