| Rubber asphalt as a new pavement material is applied widely in road project in recent years. Compared with ordinary asphalt rubber asphalt, it has more high temperature stability, low temperature flexibility, aging resistance, fatigue resistance, resistance to water damage and other performance, it is an ideal environment-friendly pavement material, and it attracts the attention of road workers around the world.Although compared to ordinary asphalt, rubber asphalt has more advantages, there is also general asphalt aging. Rubber asphalt undergoes in the course of the wind, rain and sun ultraviolet light. Its performance changed over the time. Physical and mechanical properties decay. It affects the pavement performance and durability. Study of aging of rubber asphalt is important for rubber asphalt pavement In this paper, according to the special geographic and climatic conditions of Xinjiang area, we use laboratory simulation experiments to study the aging of the hot rubber asphalt aging and light aging.The main work was done:(1)Through laboratory simulation experiments to study the thermal aging of rubber asphalt, including aging temperature and aging time, quantitatively analysis of thermal aging of rubber asphalt laws, establish thermal aging kinetics.(2) According to the ultraviolet region of Xinjiang strong UV data, we converse the data into the UV intensity of the indoor simulation tests. We did Accelerated UV aging tests and study the changing the indicators of rubber asphalt along with time to establish the law of ultraviolet aging of asphalt rubber.(3) Long-term aging of the laboratory simulation test of rubber asphalt, explore long-term aging and UV aging correspondence.The rubber asphalt technology in China is still in development stage, has not yet formed a complete set of normative system, through this study, it help to understand the mechanism of rubber asphalt aging, understand the aging process, evaluate and predict the aging properties of asphalt roads, provide a theoretical basis and reference for enhance the anti-aging properties. |
