| With the wide application of concrete, at early stage concrete structure cause cracks and fractures have been thought one of the main causes of durability damage.Besides from the beginning concrete destined to as a variety of material for a combination, and a brittle material, its own ultimate tensile strain and tensile strength is smaller, so it is unable to avoid cracking. Therefore with effective resource producing anti-cracking concrete, through reasonably correct construction methods and strict maintenance control measures, minimize the number of early the cracks of concrete structure, so as to improve the durability of concrete structure engineering, reduce operation cost and prolong the service life of buildings, not only can improve the concrete buildings of economic applicability, but also to help save energy and decrease pollution ,and has important theoretical and practical significance.Through measuring 6 groups 12 lumps of commodity concrete restraint shrinkage specimens in 72 hours, in the same experimental environment carry out plate test with different quantity of fly ash. The results showed that fly ash can effectively improve the basic performance and improve the used quality of concrete. No matter how many quantity of fly ash is using, all make the early crack index decreases, turn out that fly ash can restrain and refining the early cracks. Besides fly ash can make the time of cracks appear ahead, so must pay attention to early curing of concrete. Finally on the basis of various cracks produced by concrete, a number of prevention and control measures about the early cracks of commercial concrete are proposed. |
