This paper, based on the current energy situation and the status of environmental pollution, put forward an advanced energy-saving air-conditioning system-Ground Water Source Heat Pump(GWSHP) combined with Ice Storage air conditioning system. Through an actual project, detailed analysis and research is carried out, and much significant advantages are summarized in energy saving, environmental protection, reduction of green-house gas emissions and other aspects. On the basis of the studies, it is obtained the dependability and the feasibility of promoting this new technology.Because groundwater is relatively constant on temperature, so it is a very good cold and heat source. GWSHP is a technology makes use of shallow groundwater as the cold and heat sources of air-conditioning systems, by inputting a small amount of energy, to achieve the transfer of energy from low level to high level. Therefore, it belongs to renewable energy technologies. The energy efficiency is very high, its COP can reach 4 or more, so you can use a small amount of energy to achieve the transfer of relatively large amounts of heat. In the entire operating process, there is no combustion of fossil fuel, therefore no emissions of pollution, it can be regarded as truly clean energy. Therefore, energy-saving effect of GWSHP unit is very obvious.The technology of ice storage is use electricity to drive refrigeration system at night when the electricity price is cheap, water in the storage device is made into ice; during the daytime, at the peak of power load, ice malts into water, the cold energy stored in the storage device can be use in the air-conditioning works. Ice storage system is consisted of refrigeration equipment, ice storage equipment and auxiliary equipment. Ice storage air conditioning systems, compared with conventional air conditioning system, the cooling equipment capacity is generally reduced by 30% to 50%, as the cold storage equipment has supplied a part of cold energy; at the same time, the TOU price policy implemented by the administrative department of electric power, can greatly reduce the operating cost of air conditioning system., higher the TOU electricity price difference, the greater the benefit. Thus, ice storage air conditioning system has significant social and economic benefits.In this thesis, based on the research and analysis of the respective characteristics on GWSHP system and ice storage, the two technologies are combined of, which can make full use of their characteristics that make the configuration more reasonable, investment more economical.This paper, through the analysis of a actual project in Beijing, analyzed systematically combining of the theory and practice,. Through water resources studies of the project pre-feasibility, optimization design, project construction, operation mode analysis, energy calculation and economic performance analysis, came to the conclusion that the application of this air conditioning technology is worthy to make more widespread.
