Research And Application On The Properties Of Fly Ash Self-compacting Concrete

Self-compacting concrete is a no vibration, only relying on its own gravity to be able to fill all parts of the template, and to dense state, while no segregation and other undesirable phenomena. Self-compacting concrete with the characteristics of components, the aggregate size smaller, a larger amount of cementitious material, water gel is relatively low, and must be mixed with a sufficient number of fine mineral admixtures and additives, and its various components on the physical and mechanical properties compared with ordinary concrete have a significant difference. However, due to the characteristics of their own self-compacting concrete, making concrete structure is simplified construction technology, construction, increased efficiency, while reducing noise pollution and so on, so the self-compacting concrete has good application prospects.This article first determined by suitability admixture of varieties. Then, orthogonal design re-use water-cement ratio, amount of cement, fly ash, sand and gravel in the different self-compacting concrete content of additives with different contents and different concrete pouring time and for self-compacting concrete workability, compressive strength. Finally, these factors are self-compacting concrete impact on the results of pouring time and its different properties of self-compacting concrete.The results showed that: 1. Among the pilot projects be adaptive, continuous slurry bubble inside like that, when superplasticizer and the adaptability of cementitious materials is good, it can take advantage of water-reducing effect; 2. Ash mixed income can effectively work to improve the performance of self-compacting concrete; 3. Different time pouring the strength of different self-compacting concrete, test results show that, just a good self-compacting concrete mix immediately pouring the resulting intensity, less than 30min forming self-compacting concrete strength.
