The Research Of The Electronic Control Unit Of Forensics

Behind the high incidence of traffic accidents,due to series of factors such as the traffic accidents,the weather conditions,not strong sense of responsibility of the police handling,there are more and more difficult in collecting evidences.In order to solve this problem,most of automobile manufacturers have been installed the Event Data Recorders in their cars which can store the informations about the accidents,and those informations can being a evidence used in determining the traffics.In response to this situation,this paper analyzes the forensics of the Event Data Recorders.Firstly,this paper introduces the information of Digital Forensics,includes the concept of Diaital Forensics,the steps of Diaital Forensics,the trends of Diaital Forensics,the classification of Electronic Evidence,lays the foundation for the Event Data Recorders Forensics.Then,this paper introduces the prerequisites of competing this tests,including the Event Data Recorders,the Crash Data Retrieval System,the training of Researchers,analys the importance of Event Data Recorders Forensics,the development status of Event Data Recorders Forensics;According to the experience of the tests,we summarized the good habits and the principles of Event Data Recorders Forensics.Next,this paper first proposed a complete model of the Event Data Recorders Forensics,including the connection of the Event Data Recorders and personal computers,retrieved data from the Event Data Recorders,analyed the data what retrieved from the Event Data Recorders.Based on this foundation,we also competed the accuracy of the data what retrieved from the Event Data Recorders.Conducted a questionnaire survey of the vehicle users,this paper want to know the usage of the Event Data Recorders,and analysis the legals about the Event Data Recorders.In the end ,this paper analyzes the reason of these problems that are caused in the process of Event Data Recorders Forensics,and proposes some methods that we can increased in the Event Data Recorders Forensics.
