| A platform of air-to-air missile(AAM)electronic safety and arming devices system simulation model is the Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation of the missile launch system Laboratory equipment. This platform is used to simulated missile launch and flight process, in this process test electronic safety and arming devices of reliability and confidence. This test equipment has a vitally important technological innovation. It not only simulates missile launch process but also simulates the flight environment. Successful development of the device not only to test missile weapon system security and performance to lift the insurance played a vital role, but also to reduce missile development cycle, saving manpower and save money. Therefore,this simulation test equipment device has great economic value and significance of national defense。This thesis has researched the design and control of simulation experimental device system. In this paper, control of the system was focused on.The control system consists of three parts. Include Servo control system, Inverter Motor control system and Air cannon control system. Firstly article introduces system design of simulation equipment device, control methods and Computational simulation. Secondly; the system hardware structure is designed. Detailed parameter of the device was introduces. I finished in the whole control system building and debugging. Deeply researched control algorithm of the PMAC and adjust PID parameter in servo control system, inverter motor control system and air cannon system control method .Design a control program of the PC software interface.Finally, the paper carried out an in-depth analysis of the experimental results. The result was quite same to what we had expected. This article made a summary of solution to the problem in simulation experiment. .At present this device has been used. |
