In recent years, with the rapid development of China's infrastructure construction, the highways which are constructed in soft soil foundation are increasing. Settlement of soft soil foundation have characteristic with large deformation, uneven settlement, lasting is long, etc, which greatly affects the stability of road, comfort and safety of driving.On the basis of comprehensive analyzed the material about the domestic and overseas relevant plastic dewatering plate reinforced soft soil ground, article derived equivalent transformation method of 3d sand Wells foundation plane strain by the principle of the same degree of consolidation. Using ABAQUS finite element software building model, calculate the soil settlement, horizontal displacement and pore water pressure and other data of the whole construction process in each time, through processing the data to analysis the complex mechanical behavior and macro deformation characteristics of soft soil foundation under multi-level loading. Compared the measured and calculated values, and then discusses application of plastic drain board dealt with soft soil base numerical simulation method and ground test results, study the applicability that plastic dewatering plate preloading method treat soft soil foundation and the possibility that determined construction parameters, provide theoretical basis for the design of plastic drainage plate treating the soft roadbed and the evaluation of reinforcement effect.Article study the nature and deformation theory of soft soil, analyzes relationships of character and time of the instantaneous settlement, consolidation settlement and the secondary consolidation settlement, analyzes the applicability of different theories by researching forecasting methods, choose suitable forecast method for the northeast cold region, considering the measured data to analyze relations of settlement and time and predict the final settlement quantity, apply artificial neural network modeling theory, establish BP neural network forecast model, through processing the measured data sequence with the same time interval, train, simulate BP network by MATLAB, and then realize the purpose of forecasting settlement. And its prediction results compared with hyperbola and three points. Analysis the accuracy of predicted results various methods for future project expected to provide certain reference. Finally emphatically analyzed subgrade stability of the soft soil foundation, comparing the calculation results of strength reduction and limit equilibrium method to test the reliability of it; analysis the stability calculation of sensitivity required parameters, its parameters adjustment in a certain range of research examined the influence of embankment stability.
