Research For The Foundation Differential Settlement Impact On Frame Structure

Taking as a five-story multi-span frame school teaching building foundation enhancement as works, applied on structural analysis software SAP2000, this passage researches the foundation of several typical methods on top of uneven settlement of the internal force and deformation of the structure.The analysis shows that differential settlement make the upper part appear the redistribution of internal force.1) When the building structure foundation have a point of local differential settlement, the settlement of the greatest impact on the ground floor, along the rise from low to high, gradually reduce its impact.2) The local differential settlement of the structure has bigger impact on the beam connected to it than others; The framework span is smaller,the impact is greater.3) The unloading phenomenon, which is generated by the point differential settlement, specially the adjacent column of beam columns and settlement, will be produce a bigger axial pressure.4) To the same structure, the structure of the overall slope,the structure as a whole "pot"-type settlement, and the structure of a partial settlement prepare the post channel the upper structure of the internal forces on the different effects, the former is smallest, the latter is largest, the middle is second . The distribution of overall "pot" type of settlement on the structure is different from the partial settlement with a column and the overall tilt of different settlement, the impact of both ends is bigger than the middle part.5) This passage describes some theoretical knowledge about monitoring of differential settlement, and introduces the works of monitoring methods, monitoring process, the monitoring results of observations by the settlement of the project and analyzed the data. Monitoring results show that the theoretical analysis is reasonable , compared with the fact. From several aspects of architectural and structural design,author proposed the control methods and measures of differential settlement.From the root causes of uneven settlement, author proposed means targeted preventive solutions and key advanced measures.The research of the task has a certain reference value to the conceptual design and construction technology.
