| Mature technology of wind energy is an effective means of solving the fossil energy depletion and environmental issues. The wind turbine is the most important part of the wind power energy conversion device. Vertical axis wind turbine does not need the device of transfer. The benefits of low cost, easy maintenance are got, so it is widely used in the municipal facilities and other remote areas. This article is the optimization of the pitch structure of a certain type of H vertical axis wind turbine. And the paper content includes the four aspects, as follows:(1) Proposed a direct driving pitch organization of the motor, it can automatically change the blade attack angle to suit different wind speeds.(2) The central axis is an important parts of the pitch structure that connects the hub and blade, is in the state of bending composite. The stress , the strain and the deformation were analyzed with ANSYS; The appropriate section of the central axis of the shape is selected.(3)Based on the second content, the MATLAB genetic algorithm toolbox is used to the optimization design of the pitch structure of the central axis that is the two-objective optimization for both reducing vibration and weight of vertical axis wind turbine pitch structure.(4) The central axis of this paper is a slender structure, therefore, it is necessary to carry out buckling analysis and modal analysis.The results of the analysis are following:(1) The theoretical ideas of pitch structure of the vertical axis wind turbine achieve to this article of the vertical axis wind turbine pitch structure with the bevel gear driving system.(2) By analyzing the round, square of two different cross-section of the central axis select to be better cross-section by the deformation, the stress, the strain and the modal analysis.(3) When installing the central axis, prestress can effectively reduce the possibility of the resonance about the wind turbine and the pitch of the central axis. (4) Results show that the vibration velocity of each node of the central axis has been lower, while the quality of the central axis reduced 0.21kg. |
