Study On Safety Loading And Transportation Of Concentrate

In recent years, with the trade development of maritime transport of concentrate, accidents related occur frequently, which giving rise to great concern in all aspects of domestic and foreign. Maritime distress casualties in the process of transportation in recent years are analysised, all properties, especially liquefaction of the concentrate are carefully studied, on this basis, focus is on the influences of cargo flow and free surface arising from the property of liquefaction in the transport process of concentrate through analysis of calculation.The factors should be considered for security of cargo loading and transportation are proposed in this paper, which combined with the assessment of safety and proper operation of cargo, security of cargo loading and transportation requirements, prevention and emergency control measures and safety precautions are described. From the aspects of strengthen publicity and responsibility, improvement of legal system and strict management, this thesis also provides some reasonable and effective proposals for supervision and management of security of cargo loading and transportation of concentrate.The content and conclusions of researching this papers could provide a useful reference for the security of cargo loading and transportation and have a practical and effective guidance thereto, also reduce the transportation risk and ensure the safety of staff, ships, cargo and marine environmental.
