Application Analysis Of Bp-2b Bus Protection In Different Bus Wiring Form

BP-2B bus differential protection is used widely, the device has many advantages, but in practice there are many difficulties and weaknesses. This paper deeply analyzed the difficulty in the various main wiring application of BP-2B, to find the problems and solutions according to analysis of faults and applications, and proposed application of new ideas, so that the applications of BP-2B bus differential protection device in different main wiring is more mature. This article mainly aims at the problems of BP-2B in different application of various main connection to analysis of problems appeared on the device. At first, a comparative analysis of the principle, then through a single bus wiring, double bus wiring, double mother double subsection wiring, special connection mode, on the rich application examples and accident, the shallow into difficult, from simple to complex, through the analysis of the concrete examples, step by step the device in a different application of the main wiring revealed, each completed, puts forward the solving methods. Finally, by a comprehensive analysis of all types based on experience in application, sums up the BP-2B protection device two weaknesses:the first is the bus coupler switch position quantity contacts access problems and put forward the field wiring improvement, and calibration and double each other to enhance the reliability. The second is the bus breaker position signal conversion, both in operation and unusual signal, we proposed a way to manually confirmed. According to the different main wiring, in particular, is a special instance of the main wiring applications analysis, complex wiring or special sub units should be treated as a combination of interval logic according to new ideas, finally, summarizes the BP-2B in different application of the main connection mode, this paper proposes two ideas to improve suitability of microprocessor-based protection:the first is to strengthen microprocessor-based protection components quality management, the key and damage easily components to have perfect prevent mistakenly logic and measures. Second, strengthen the microcomputer protection device extendibility, adopt open and can be combined unit interval design ideas.
