As a new material,Carbon fiber Reinforced Plastic is widely used in military industry, aerospace, rocket, automobile, chemical industry, textile, mechanical apparatus etc because of it's good mechanical and economic properties, The research on winding parameters in the winding is very mature in the country and abroad But the most use the analytical method or experiment, both of methods waste time and can not guarantee the accuracy of the results So we need a new approach to the design of composite material wound products.When the structure of composite materials is complex, using analytical method involves elastic theory and higher order partial differential equations, its increases the difficulty of the study also reduced the accuracy of the results. The finite element simulation technique has an advantage over analytical method, it has become an important method in structural design. ANSYS finite element analysis software is used widely because of power function and use convenient.In this paper, based on using ANSYS simulation and composite material mechanics basic theory to analyze composite laminated structure, Demonstrate that the ANSYS can be used to analyze the structure of composite materials. Based on the study of composite material shaft in the ANSYS Modeling, dividing grid load imposed constraints, the finite element analysis issues. Major research on structural change of shaft in different overlay modes, observed deformation and the forces of shaft, and the variety of shaft in different layer direction, low-rise and thickness. Sum-mary overlay program can improve torsion properties of CFRP shaft.
