With the development of economy of our contry, transportation construction of highway transportation career especially has also become perfect. but with traffic and vehicle axle load increasing, Bridges degradation situation also more and more serious. In order to avoid bridge damage aggravate and cause an accident, the evaluation of bridge technical status and future states forecast are particularly important.This paper studied the present situation of modern bridge condition assessment at first, but most of the future fatigue degradation situation of the bridge don't have a research. So in this paper introduced grey theory and markov theory firstly, and combines these two theories theory applied to predict future state of the bridge.This paper first studied the fatigue degradation model of bridge. This article from the bridge materials-starting with concrete and reinforcing bars, studying fatigue degradation mechanism of the bridge.and study two kinds of material fatigue properties. Through the study of the theory research that the fatigue property of concrete material is very good, only in very serious overloading until circumstances occur fatigue damage. Main fatigue fracture occurred in reinforced. Through the theoretical research that reinforced fatigue revised S-Ncurve.This article through to network traffic and Bridges information to build Bridges models, reflecting bridges state. Based on analysis of the information bridge traffic bridge load under normal working conditions, Using a computer to simulate the bridge work stress time process in the practical by finite element tools. With rain flow algorithm by analyzing the test-points calculate bridge fatigue damage degree according to the theory Miner of linear damage cumulative, Thus analyze the bridge technology now state. Through the results data to see, because of traffic tends to decrease, The original road bridges annual injury are not very serious,but can't ignore the cumulative fatigue damage since its service.This paper introduced the gray markov chain in the final to forecast technical state of bridge. By analysing the historical existing traffic analysis of the bridge degraded condition, combined with the prediction model of grey theory, using markov chain to predict future state changes of bridges, calculating the state transition probability,it can more accurately model the future status of bridge fluctuations, offering rich value guidance and basito future bridge maintenance work region. By forecasting results can be seen its change trend accords with practice, the situation has been reduced, verifying the veracity of prediction.
