Railways as an important part of comprehensive transportation system in China, is the backbone of economic development. In the case of new line added limited capacity, heavy haul railway is one direction of freight transport development. Because our country resource distribution and demand structure contradiction, formed west coal transport, north east south transport flow of coal for railway development, which provides favorable conditions for heavy-haul transportation.Development of railway heavy-haul transportation is an important way to ease the contradictions of China's railway transport capacity and volume of. In the case of heavy haul transport equipment in China is relatively backward, it is significative to study of heavy-haul transportation organization model in our country.Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway is extend the Longhai railway to west, and an important part of China Northwest Railway network. The coal, and mineral resources in Xinjiang are rich, but capacity has been the key to restrict the resources transport. Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway are built the second double line, the new railway lines for customer mainly first, the exist line will be responsible for coal and other goods transport, dispatching a few low grade passenger train.This article combining the characteristics of heavy haul transport, the stage of development of domestic and international heavy-haul transportation and overloads of transport organization mode on Lanzhou-Xinjiang railway, existing line of long-term operation overloaded train carried on the preliminary discussion and research, it can conducive for the continuous development of China's heavy-haul transportation and promotion provides reference, and the formation of heavy-haul transportation system throughout the national territory. The main research contents include:First of all, this article expound heavy-load transportation modes of organization, organization mode classification (including cellular overloaded train, the whole circumferenially overloaded trains and combined-type overloaded train) and its application conditions. The paper analyze the conditions and factors affecting of overloaded train station, including lines and train traction power supply system of railway vehicle, and transport organization,and car ability about loading and unloading;Secondly, Based on the planning volume and the foreseeable line equipment conditions of LanXinXian, this paper analyzes the existing LanXinXian adaptability and transportation management mode,it is concluded that if the LanXin railway start the overloaded train, it can effectively relieve lanzhou-xinjiang channel capacity, and meet with the contradiction in volume of freight requirements.From technology equipment and the transportation organization mainly analyzed the two aspects of LanXinXian operation overloaded transport organization mode of the train. According to the station distribution principle, reference the station distribution condition of Dabao railway and Daqin railway, the paper puts forward the two solutions about stations distribution of Hami to south Wuwei of LanXin railway.Finally, in the basis of research determining the freight, the paper researched organization plan near and future heavy-loaded train. And then construct the goal programming model, using LINGO software solved the proportion of different tonnage overloaded train of LanXinXian in the long-term, and analyze weakness and disadvantage of three match scheme.
