In recent years, the construction of our urban railway system is undertaking developing time. Many urban rail constructions related projects have been walked into the key-supported range of the country twelfth five-year plan. Concerns of these projects become higher. And the security of urban rail system running is also attaches great importance. As technical progressing, people also set higher demands on safety monitoring and fault diagnosing on urban railway vehicle on-board equipments.Urban rail system is a complicated system. As the trains are made more complicated, the probability of fault happening has also increased. The pulling power supply system, which is one of the most important part of the urban rail system, how to make fast and efficient diagnose for it is also worth to be study.The issue first introduced the meaning and development condition of the subway trains fault diagnosis. Then expound the application of comprehensively used types.In the second part, the paper introduced the subway train drew the structure of power supply network, and electrical components and the structure of the fault research.Third, paper mainly introduced the components and construction of the Fuzzy Inference System. At the same time, the paper describes the process and function of the adaptive network fuzzy inference system.With using the basic concept and knowledge and joining the basic conditions of the subway train, the paper made specified the construction process of the fault diagnosis fuzzy inference system of the key structures of subway train power supply system.At last, the essay used the fuzzy inference system toolbox of Matlab software to deal with the simulation. And established a GUI interface to make the outputs clearer.This fault diagnosis system could diagnose the real time data and then supply the maintenance decision preparation. Take the fuzzy inference technology which has been used in fault diagnosing for long into fault diagnosis of subway train power supply system is full of prospect. It is worth to be research deeply.
