With the urban rail transit system plays an increasingly important role in alleviate urban traffic congestion, and increase the line capacity to become an important issue. Because of No.9 turnout have high vibration and more diseases and restricted the vehicle speed, so study of vibration characteristics and force and deformation of No.9 CWR turnout and crossover for metro lines is of a great practical significance.Summing up the researches of the force and deformation and vibration characteristics of CWR turnout, model of force and deformation with No.9 CWR track crossover is established by finite element method, and established vibration characteristics of the model of No.9 CWR anti-vibration turnout, the model of No.9 CWR turnout with long elastic switch tie and the model of No.9 CWR turnout with short elastic switch tie in the same way. Based on those models and made comprehensive analysis on vibration characteristics and force and deformation to No.9 CWR turnout and crossover in this paper.Analyse the effect of rail temperature increase, ballast track crossover and monolithic track-bed crossover, displacement restrictor resistance, longitudinal resistance of fastener, longitudinal resistance of ballast to the force and deformation of No.9 CWR crossover. Especially discuss the vertical stiffness of fastener, vertical stiffness below sleeper, turnout mail line and turnout side line, rail type and length of switch tie to the vertical vibration characteristics of the three different foundations below switch tie, and discuss the lateral stiffness of fastener, lateral stiffness below sleeper, turnout mail line and turnout side line, rail type and length of switch tie to the lateral vibration characteristics of the three different foundations below switch tie, and compared the difference of three different turnouts. Through the analysis above, obtained some transfer property of No.9 CWR turnout, provide some theoretical basises and guidances for the future research and selection of the anti-vibration turnout with metro.
