Multilevel rectifiers have been widely used in high-voltage and high-power application fields. It can reach N-level theoretically, but the application of three-level rectifier is more extensive and actual because of hardware condition and the complexity of control.It is the hot point for research now. And the analysis of Multi-level rectifier is given based on Three-level rectifier.The analysis and research of three-level rectifier system are studied as following points:1. This thesis discussed the application and principle of Multilevel rectifiers.Comparing to two-level rectifiers, the switch components of Multilevel rectifiers hold less switching stress. Multilevel rectifiers have application in high-voltage and high-power. On the same switching frequency, the output waveform is more sinusoidal.2. The topology of Multilevel rectifier is studied. The choice of main components and the design of hardware circuit are studied based on the Diode clamped three-level rectifier.3. This designed program and the choice of parameter are proposed with MATLAB. And it keeps than the output-wave is sinusoidal.4. The function of three-level rectifier is achieved by the single-phase system.5. The waveforms, which verify the reasonability and correctness of the designed program, were achieved on the three-level rectifier.
