For many years, the deep foundation excavation has been a comprehensive subject. Considering the excavation which had a great influence on the environment, we must control the deformation of architectures caused by the excavation. Due to the limitation of the surrounding environment,current design of excavation have gradually shifted from strength control to deformation control, how to control the deformation of deep foundation and protect the safety of buildings became more and more important.Combined with a deep foundation subject, the process of deep foundation excavation and supporting was simulated in this paper by using the methods of numerical simulation by means of software FLAC3D in order to study the deformation control of double-row piles retaining structure. Various types of retaining structure and applicable conditions were summarized. The design and calculation theories of deep foundation pit were discussed. The mechanism of deformation of deep foundation pit and calculation methods were analyzed. For different distance between piles, length and stiffness of pile, analysis model is established, contour describing displacement of excavation and deformation parameters of retaining structure with double-row piles on the curve were obtained under various schemes, the laws of displacement field changing with the excavating process were analyzed, the maximum displacement locations of settlement amount and horizontal displacement were obtained, these showed the deformation of deep foundation was spatial. Then the influences of retaining structure with double-row piles on deep foundation were analyzed, the reasonable ranges of parameters of double-row piles under the control of deformation were obtained, the purpose of the optimal design of retaining structure with double-row piles was reached.In simple terms, this paper adopted comparison, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods on the deformation control of deep foundation pit with double-row piles for deep research, and also give some reference to similar engineering.
