According to the beginning of 21st century world energy stored data, Undoubtly, the energy crisis have been revealed before the human beings. The gas oil energy of Global developed and used which is one of the main reasons,caused the atmospheric pollution and other types of environment pollution and ecological destruction. However, the solar energy is an kind of endless and no more pollution renewable energy, whether from human society step on the path of sustainable development and protect the ecological environment of the earth to review, or solving realistic problem of energy supplied, the development and utilization of solar energy has been important strategic significance [1].This paper studies the main issue is the single-phase not isolated type photovoltaic (PV) grid power system. We are studying emphatically from the cost and reliability and efficiency, including photovoltaic (PV) grid inverter system control strategy at all levels in the design and realization. Firstly, because of the tracking step-length problem of traditional maximum power point tracking control strategy is difficult to determine, this paper proposes a way which compared with the traditional step length of disturbance observation (P&O) can reduce the power loss nearby the maximum power point, and it is based on fuzzy control theory , and changing the tracking step-length timely. so it is advantage of tracking precision and response speed, effectively improve the efficiency of the system tracking. Secondly, this paper analyses some of several widely used in photovoltaic (PV) grid inverter system control methods, and puts forward the PI incremental control algorithm, and established the system model. Finally, we builded a 300W small power single-phase not isolation type photovoltaic inverter system model to verify the control strategy by the MATLAB/SIMULINK.
