Based on this comparison, the intelligent energy-saving soft start energy-saving device was selected for protection for improving product quality, increasing productivity and saving energy with the significance. The asynchronous motor operation mode and steady-state energy were analyzed firstly, and a detailed list of the asynchronous motor operation mode, inverter power loss analysis, and the performance affection of induction motors when operating were brought out; Second, the steady-state operation of energy-saving measures of asynchronous motors and dynamic energy analysis during operation were discussed; Last, the intelligent soft-start energy-saving devices were investigated. Started with intelligent soft-start performance requirements for energy-saving device, the system block diagram, program structure design, hardware circuit design and printed circuit board design detailed were analyzed one by one. And the main circuit structure, detection circuit design, the protection circuit design, MCU control circuit design and trigger circuit design were calculated and electrical diagrams were drew out, and the experimental results were provided. Inverter power supply changes the operating conditions of induction motor, so that the motor design principles also have a corresponding change.
