With the unceasing expands of science and technology and the development of permanent magnet material used in IT as well as in other industries. The application domain of permanent magnetic materials expands unceasingly, and the demand for them is increasing in various industries, so that they become more significant than ever, and recently are listed as important strategic materials in many developed countries. In our country the permanent magnetic material production occupies more than 80% of the market share of the whole world.Now, there are about 2,000 large-scale enterprises producing permanent magnetic materials, and 10,000 processing companies. Most enterprises use such outdated methods as boiled or burned to remove adhesives in the process, as a result, the permanent magnet properties and processing efficiency are seriously affected. To solve these problems, this equipment, designed on the base of the accomplished program planed by the education committee in Liaoning province "The Development of Degumming Equipment of Permanent Magnet, NO.20060635", is a new type of automatic degumming machine invented to be used in degumming from the permanent magnet, surface treatments etc.It has three main parts:the mechanical transmission parts, electric drive execution part and the part of signal detection and control. Thus, the electromechanical integration actuators are the best embodiment of "mechatronics technology."(1) The feasible overall design scheme is put forward for the functionality of the device structure and concrete elements according to degumming process requirements, Application the thoughts of mechatronics, and Adopting advanced design method, so that it could realize the function of automatic control.(2) The corresponding special function modules are used to control temperature analogue signals of this system, By applying the theory and method. Proper temperature sensor is chosen to collect the system temperature, reduce the whole monitoring system complexity, and improve the system reliability. (3) Design the mechanical structure and controlling part. reliability theory and design optimization are used in the design of chain drive, the essence is to solve the that parameters of chain drive and size of the optimal solution under the decision sets and set of constraints and get the best results by MATLAB optimization tools.All we have done is trying to achieve some outcomes with important theoretical and engineering values for application. The whole automatic system has the advantage of precise control, simple configuration, high automation and stable work as well as easy to use and to be maintained, and it makes a solid foundation to achieve efficient, safe, clean, optimizing the structure of the permanent magnet degumming.
