Aluminium reduction cell produces strong magnetic field by powerful DC current in the Aluminum Electrolysis Process. The strong magnetic field has great effect on crane and affects the normal operation of the crane in electrolytic aluminum workshop of steel structure. Finite element simulation of crane magnetic field is distributed through ansoft software, By contrast with or without buildings, it is closed to factory testing value when magnetic field with buildings. That model is reasonable. The effect of magnetic field in different states were calculated, When the crane is static, magnetic field acts mainly on the end beam of crane, only making 290~430kN vertical force. This force increases the stating difficulty of the crane. Horizontal force is zero, but internal force is more 200kN, and causing crane will distortion. When the crane is moving, not only making the vertical 250~300kN force. But having 120~195kN lateral force and this force makes the crane deviate from the orbital motion.With the decreasing quality of non-renewable energy resource of human being, the energy crisis is getting more and more serious. It is imperative to do researches on developing and harnessing new energy resources. As is known, the ocean wave energy is a kind of clean and renewable energy resource. To effectively achieve the converting of wave power to electrical power, this paper proposed a new form of permanent magnet linear generator for sea wave energy extraction applications. With the appearance of new permanent magnet materials, the performance of permanent magnet machines has been greatly improved. Compared with the traditional rolling machine, the permanent magnet reciprocating generator makes the rotor act in a straight line, which perfectly matches the characters of wave movements.A four-side permanent magnet linear generator has been researched in this paper. The electromagnetic field has been calculated with principle of Finite Element Method. To reduce the numbers of permanent magnet and improve its corrosion preventing capacity, both permanent magnet and winding are designed in stator. We change the size of magnetic flux by changing the magnetic reluctance on the magnetic circuit. The change of magnetic flux result in coupled winding producing induced electromotive force. This paper analyzes the magnetic field and no-load Back EMF of the motor by finite element method. According to results of dynamic simulation, the structure of generator has been optimized.
