The high-rise residential building is the main one in the real estate construction projects in our country in the future.And it also is the direction of the residential buildings.Through the construction process of the residential buildings,the cost of the project is the focus for us and also the main factor in cost control.However,the analysis on the construction projects especially the building projects were very simple in the present. The most of the analysises were the univariate sensitivity analysis. And relatively speaking, multivariate analysis on the factors of the cost of the projects were not very more.In this article,the focuses are the multivariate analysis on the influence factors of the high-rise slab residential buildings taking the three buildings in Beijing for example.With the purpose of giving the construction related-personal some guidance.The article concludes two parts:drawing out the budgets and analyzing the influence factors of the three buildings.The main methords, resultes and conclusions of the article are list as follows:1.It got the budgets and the cost indexes from using the Glodion.And according to the indexes we choose the most important factors such as,the concrete,the reinforced,the labor costs on construction and the template rental fees for ultivariate analysis and orthogonal experiment.After analysis,It drew the following conclusions:the reinforced was the main factor,the concrete and the labor costs on construction were the secondary factors,the template rental fees was the abandion factor.At the same time,It analyzed the decoration engineering cost using the same theories.The conclusion of the analysis were the main factor it choose were the polystyrene foam board,and the secondary factors were the labor costs on decoration and the doors and windows.2.Through the above analysis,it got the main factors and the secondary factors that great influenced the costs.lt used the correlation and regression analysis theroy analyze these factors and got the correalations and regression formula between these factors and the costs of the construction and decoration engineering.3. Through the analysis of the engineering parameters such as, the area of the structure,the layers and the equipment sandwich.,it find that there were a positive correlation among the area of the structure,the layers and the costs of the project.As the equipment sandwich,it depended on its storey height.That's because the regulation said only when the storey height of the equipment sandwich was more than 2.2m we can calcuate its structure area.
