Under the market economy condition, nuclear power plants are set into the commercial operation one by one. It is expected to reduce production cost and improve the competitiveness of nuclear power plant in oader to make nuclear power plant to attain utmost possible economy. The economy of nuclear steam turbine can reflect the economy of nuclear power plant to a certain extent. Making clear about the effect of initial and final parameters on the thermal economy of nuclear power plant is conducive to improving the competitiveness of nuclear power plant. Meanwhile it is of important significance for developing low carbon economy and creating harmonious society.Firstly, the regenerative system of nuclear steam turbine is analyzed based on the conventional heat balance method. Due to the coupling between reheat system and regenerative system, the thermodynamic calculation of nuclear steam turbine need to solve equations, with the help of iteration method in the Numerical Analysis, a convenient method is put forward which uses C Language to solve the equations and finish the regenerative thermal calculation at last, and the veracity is checked by an sampling calculation. Secondly, the change reasons of the initial and final parameters are analyzed, and then the affect process of the initial and final parameters on the nuclear steam turbine are also analyzed. Basing on the calculation formula of each thermal economic indicator, the simple and convenient method about effect of initial and final parameters on the thermal economy of nuclear steam turbine is deduced. Lastly, we compare relative rate of ideal inter power, ideal cycle thermal efficiency and heat rate which are calculated by the new method and conventional heat balance method respectively on a 990MW nuclear steam turbine with the initial and final parameters change. The method suggested in this thesis is proved with accuracy.
