Based on the High Technology Research and Development Program of China "Research on the Key Technology of Loose Parts Monitoring in Nuclear Power Plants (863, No.2007AA04Z426)", denoise of impact signals in Nuclear Power Plants, distinguish of impact signals, method of locating loose parts, loose parts location analyze system are researched in the thesis.The Master's thesis research "Study on Loose Parts Location Analyze System in Nuclear Power Plants on Lab VIEW" is conducted.Chapterâ… :Background and significance of research and development of Loose Parts Monitoring System (LPMS) are described; LPMS products of main nuclear power countries and research status of loose parts location analyze are introduced at the same time. Finally research background and framework of the thesis are proposed.Chapterâ…¡:After comparing and analyzing the spectral characteristics of background noise and impact signals, the denoise method based on multiple filter is proposed, using each feature of auto regression model, wavelet transform and integrating each other. Good denoise results and stability of the proposed method can be seen from the denoise effect of the signals collected from simulation lab test.Chapterâ…¢:By analyzing the spectral characteristics of the impact signal and pulse signal under background noise, extraction method on the base of wavelet packet is obtained and the extracted feature value is set as the input of SVM to distinguish the impact signal and pulse signal.Chapterâ…£:The issue of loose parts location is converted to a two-dimensional optimization problem, and coordinate optimization by Genetic Algorithms is carried out. In the process of computing fitness function, through calculating variance of enough computing velocities, the effect of errors measuring wave velocity on location accuracy is avoided, and since the optimization is directly for the coordinates on plane, the location efficiency is improved. After analyzing the data of simulation test, comparison and analysis of location effect of the triangular method, scan method and the method proposed in the thesis, feasibility and stability of the method in the thesis is verified.Chapterâ…¤:The function and overall structure of LPMS is analyzed and designed; the two function module,data acquisition module and database operation module are designed and signal denoising, recognize of impact signal, location of loose part are realized; eventually, LPMS is developed based on LabVIEW.Chapter VI:The main content of the dissertation research is summarized, and the prospect of LPMS is presented.
