Ground source heat pump is a kind of energy utilization technology of good performance and pollution-free clean. Because of the underground exchanger's soil thermal environment is complex, it make the design's deviation be big and the investment costs increase, which hinder the ground source heat pump's promotion. In certain load, the thermal conductivity of underground soil is one of the key factors of the design. Of the ground source heat pump underground heat exchanger. The scholars at home and abroad for the thermal conductivity of underground soil of a single well hole has made further research, but the thermal conductivity of underground soil of the whole project estimated by a few test Wells data is obviously not reasonable. Therefore it is very meaningful for estimating the thermal conductivity of underground soil by few test data. This article introduces the method of small sample statistical inference of bootstrap method to estimate the thermal conductivity of underground soil. In the second chapter it introduces the principle of bootstrap method and repeated sampling technologies. Aiming at the original limits of the bootstrap method, puts forward three times function to fitting distribution function, ensure the random of the value. And using a group of data from known distribution proves the validity of the algorithm. Finally, it takes a practical engineering for an example, for minimal sample (N< 10) from the practical engineering, using the method of virtual augmented samples, it make minimal sample virtual augmented to small sample (N≥10).And using the improved bootstrap method to infer the thermal conductivity of underground soil, which is realized by Matlab programs. And the first mean is improved. In this paper, a new statistical inference method is given to estimate the thermal conductivity of underground soil. It uses the improved bootstrap sampling into 120,000 thermal conductivity from 12 thermal conductivity which is from 4 thermal conductivity. This article solves the problem of the number of the ground thermal conductivity is too little to estimate the whole block's thermal conductivity, for the design of underground exchanger which provides a certain reference value.
