Air separation plays an extremely important role in the development of metallurgical industry, and the air compressor is compressed, a mechanical pressure to send air, is the key equipment for air separation equipment and cooling equipment,to provide the necessary pressure cold air, and the raw materials required for air separation equipment. Air compressor is applied extremely broad in the metallurgical, chemical, oil and many other important sectors. Air compressor system is a time-varying, time delay and nonlinear complex systems, due to gas consumption in the industrial field is irregular and fluctuations in gas consumption occasions, the traditional control methods are scarcity, leading to the output pressure of the compressed air instability, and sometimes produces a wide range of fluctuation, resulting in air compressor is working out of state. Air compressor system normally working in stable total energy consumption to the total power consumption across the enterprise for about 20%, unstable energy consumption will be more, it was a waste of resources and lead to greater energy consumption. Therefore, to keep the stability of the output pressure of the air compressor system has a very important role to the air separation system to improve efficiency and save energyThe topics take turbine compressor system as the research object, analyzes its characteristics and control requirements. DCS control technology was applied to the system, the ECS-700 system of SUPCON was used to configured the air compressor system, to monitor important parameters of the various components of real-time value. According to the working characteristics of air compressor system, combined the fuzzy control theory of modern control theory with the traditional PID control, design a fuzzy control PID controller for air compressor, used to control the export pressure constant. In this paper, proposed two different forms of fuzzy PID controller, fuzzy PID control in general and the parameters of its self-tuning fuzzy PID controller. The simulation results show that self-tuning fuzzy PID control performance was superior, anti-disturbance ability, fast enough to stabilize the output pressure of air compressor. The control effect is much better than traditional PID control.The experimental results of Control method designed in this paper show that the control is feasible, provides a theoretical basis for the actual control of compressed air system, and has important reference value.
