CTCS-3 train control system is an important equipment that ensures safe, reliable and efficient operation of high-speed train. In order to strengthen safety supervision, reduce operational risk and ensure the perfection of technical solution of CTCS-3 train control system and meet the operational requirement, system testing and assessment have been adopted during the whole process of design and development, manufacture, installation and commissioning of CTCS-3 train control system. As an important component of CTCS-3 train control system, the normal operation of the on-board equipment is vital to the whole train control system. Establishing an on-board equipment testing bench can realize automatic test of on-board equipment in the lab, and verify the functionality of on-board equipment against system requirement specification.This thesis focuses on the modeling and implementation of the train movement simulator that is an important component of the testing bench of CTCS-3 on-board equipment. Firstly, on the basis of analyzing the functional and performance requirements of train movement simulator, the general design is proposed and the whole working process is presented; secondly, the functional requirements analysis and architecture design for the three sub modules of train movement simulator namely train dynamic simulation module, speedometer simulation module and train interface simulation module are carried out. On the basis of requirement analysis and architecture design, the UML sequence diagram and state diagram of train movement simulator are built. Colored Petri net are adopted as the formal specification of UML dynamic model diagrams. The CPN models are simulated with CPN tool, and such properties as boundedness, liveness, deadlock are analyzed. Finally, the train movement simulator is implemented under the.net development environment.
