In the energy saving requirements of the increasingly grim situation, the power industry in the resource conservation work occupies a special and important position. Analysis of energy-saving status quo and look forward targets and measures for energy conservation to promote the sustainable development of China's power industry have great significance. The rapid development of power electronics and computer technology in the power system applications, in power transmission, improve power quality, power system controls, power monitoring, all of which play a role in energy conservation. Analysis and comparison for the past energy-saving method of voltage regulation for load, this paper presents a method of energy-saving devices of power lines based on energy absorption. It is a new energy-saving controller designed to the existence of energy waste for the electricity load and it is a voltage regulator and intelligent control integrated control device.The system is the study of control system based DSP at the context of grid voltage change at different times which causing a larger instability of the load voltage and excessive waste of energy. The DSP control system is the focus of this study, which is the core of the whole energy-saving device and it is used to achieve a variety of control strategies and capabilities. This in-depth analysis of the DSP control of SPWM waveforms generated program, PID control algorithm, the selection and design electrical parameter measurement module, the selection and drivers IPM power module, as well as GPRS communication module design. This choice of TMS320F2812 DSP is even more suitable for a large number of digital algorithms and control programs to achieve real-time sampling of the output voltage signal and real-time control of inverter circuit, so that system reliability has greatly improved, based on in-depth understanding of the internal resources and the TMS320F2812 instruction, developed software program of the PID control algorithm and SPWM signal generation algorithms mainly. The same time, analysis energy absorption circuit theory and design, it provide a stable DC voltage to inverter, and use comparing uint to achieve the control of the energy absorption circuit. Finally, we are satisfied with the simulation results of the fundamental principle of the system.
