The Hengmen power plant of Zhongshanjiaming power company has installed two 125MW units during phase i , and two 390MW 9FA combined cycle sets for the phase ii project, main fuel for gas . Gas supply from gas fields in the South China Sea CNOOC self-employed, long-term gas supply from the large gas field and the Zhuhai LNG project, Liwan, but due to shortage of gas supply, and power changes in electricity consumption, how to make good use of natural gas volume, a reasonable arrangements twelve unit's operation mode to achieve the best value is always the whole plant the biggest problem facing the factory, the problem is to become the main content of this paper.Generally the power plant uses the optimized method is numerous, for instance linear programming law, genetic algorithm and so on, what at present the horizontal gate power plant uses is the AGC production scheduling method realizes the load optimization assignment, but this kind of load distribution also has the big disparity to the load optimization, this topic to find the plan which the entire factory production optimized, proposed the new optimized mentality boldly:1. First to entire factory unit lowest belt question 11 analyses and so on elevating capacity, thermal efficiency, gas consumption rate, double shift movement reliability, entire factory available natural spirit, then has carried on the quantification contrast to unit each target, obtains an optimized assignment preliminary general plan.2. Through the preliminary contrast, determined that the entire factory unit opens under each kind of spirit stops the condition.3. Carries on the analysis contrast through each target, obtains each unit the load which the entire factory unit brings under the different spirit, obtains under finally the different spirit the entire factory four unit's load optimization allocative decisions4. Through the load optimization plan and the original AGC production decision's output value contrast, calculates the economic efficiency which the optimization plan brings, from affirms this method the feasibility and the significance.In brief, this topic foothold produces the scene reality, through each target's detailed correlation, obtains the optimization allocative decision, this plan to enhances the entire factory production the security and the efficiency has the very major function.This article also analyzed some not to have the full consideration factor, for instance adjusted the instruction, the factory to use electricity, the unit overhauled the cost, the pipeline to save the pressure, the season temperature and so on to the influence which analyzed brings, pointed out this method still existed insufficiency and restraint situation.
