Inertial reciprocation vibration machines are used very widely now, you can find them in many industries, such as mining, metallurgy, food processing, public transport and so on. At present, the design of this kind machine is still based on experience and simple calculation, this method is only suitable for small devices. With the development of production and expansion of enterprise scale, the degree of automation and large-scale increases very fast, so, the traditional design method can no longer meet the requirements. Through the dynamic analysis of mechanism and structure of inertial reciprocation vibration machine, to explore the dynamic design is necessary.In this paper, the dynamic analysis of mechanism and structure of inertial reciprocation vibration machine was carried out. The main achievements were as follows:1. To get the method or principle of calculating the dynamic load, the current institutions of mechanism dynamic study of the inertial reciprocation vibration machine was summed up. The mechanical model of inertial reciprocation vibration machine was established by Lagrange's equation and transformed into the state form. Electromechanical coupling model was formed by combining the stat equations of the motor and the mechanical system. Through solving the electromechanical coupling model, the curve of vibration and load of inertial reciprocation vibration machine was obtained, and so, the foundation for dynamics structural analysis was laid.2. The finite element model of inertial reciprocation vibration machine was established. Through modal analysis, the first 12-order mode was obtained. Through dynamics structural analysis, displacement, stress and strain distribution of the time course was indicated and the stiffness, strength of the structure was validated, therefore, a basis for improved design of the structure was provided.3. Based on dynamics structural analysis, just in ensuring the structural stiffness and strength, a larger reduction of the mass of the system was obtained through exploring better forms and choosing right materials.4. Provide an avenue for the dynamic design of inertial reciprocation vibration machine, while a reference for similar products.
