Horizontal bearing capacity is an important problem of All-vertical-piled wharf, especially the distribution coefficient under horizon load is a problem regarded by designers and researchers. Along with the trend of Large-sized carrier, the horizontal impact load acting on wharf structure becomes bigger, so the most important problem which is faced with designer is how to improving on the all-vertical-piled wharf so that the structure can bear the bigger load and stop new pattern ships. In case of some container wharf in river, the text put forward the all-vertical-piled and mudsill wharf structure.The text sums up the characters and application conditions of all-vertical-piled wharf structure. On that basis, the text sums up the situation of bearing mechanism study of all-vertical-piled wharf structure under horizontal load.Based on some container wharf in river, the writer put up the physical modeling. The test considers the stress and deformation characters of the structure under horizontal load mostly, so the bending rigidity of structure is the primary factor in the model. E is similar to I, and the modules of elasticity of soil is similar. Scaling coefficient is got deducing by the three similarity theorem. Then make certain the material by soil ratio test and EI rating test. Then the text studies the rule of horizontal displacement, strain and bending moment of piles.The text build the math model of single transverse and spatial transverse, comparative analyzing the displacement, bending moment and shearing force of the three design of all-vertical-piled wharf under horizontal impact load. Account the partition coefficient of horizontal force of different piles and Bents under different load conditions.Comprehensive analyze the results of physical modeling and math modeling and the stress characters of the three all-vertical-piled structures, get the load transfer mechanism of the all-vertical-piled and mudsill wharf structure under horizontal load. Sum up the horizontal load bearing mechanism, and the conclusion can give designer and constructions consult.
