At present, there are three difficulties in humanity, the large population, lack of resource and bad environment. The resources of land have been decreased gradually. However, the resource of creature and minerals in the ocean is abundant and varied. The ocean is the focus of international competition as a filed of undeveloped and high technology in recent years. Thrust system as a power system of AUV equipment with probe is attached a great importance. Because of cumbersome and complicated, researched and developed newly thruster is a hot topic.Nation Defense University of science and technology puts forward an idea of thrust with vectored propeller, and designs a kind of propeller which is base on a bevel gear driven system. Base on this kind of thruster, the thesis carrys out its dynamics system modeling and simulation. To be more specific, the dissertation mainly discussed these parts.The operation environment of device is analyzed and simplified. The thrust force and load torque of the propeller are the most important. Accord to the main technical indexes of the virtual prototype, it calculated and simplified thrust force and torque, buoyancy and floating moment, water static pressure, hydrodynamics and some other loads.Base on solid model, use ADAMS and ANSYS interface, establish multi-rigid-body dynamics modeling of thruster. Some parameters used in simulation of contact-force in gears are presented based on Hertz formula. And then the velocity of propeller shaft and gears contact force is received after simulate it. The consistency of simulation result and the calculated result of the magnitude and frequency of the contact fore in gears and velocity indicates that the dynamics model is reliable and the simulation results are credible. Based on the model, it analyses dynamic characteristics of system in the internal and external excitation.Use ADAMS and ANSYS joint function to build a MNF of propeller axis. And then use the MNF to build the rigid and flexible coupling system. At last the infection of flexible shaft to system was to be discussed.Using the ANSYS structure analysis function, the parts structure of equipment was analyzed and optimized. And it gets the stress, strain and the vibration characteristics of the part. To execute modal analysis of the propeller shafting, provide the basis to control system.Through this research, it gave a reference to further design and optimization of the vector thruster, and provided scientific basis to control system design.
