| The AC servo system has good characteristics of high speed wide range, high fixed-speed precision, fast dynamic response, and its static and dynamic behavior have been fully comparable with the DC servo system, research on AC servo systems has been a hot research in the field of electric drive. Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) has more outstanding performance than any other conventional servo motor in the structure characteristic and operation, The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) AC Servo System have already become the main application of AC servo system. With the emergence of the high-power switch devices, and the development of digital signal processing technology, digital controlled AC servo system, using PMSM as power converter will become a inevitable trend of the development of servo control system.This paper make a AC servo control system on the basis of digital machinery control special-purpose DSP TMS320LF2407A.In order to achieve digital controlled, meet the performance requirements of the servo system, some important aspects of system were studied.Firstly, the paper makes a study on the mathematical model of PMSM ,elaborates the basic theory of Vector-Control for PMSM and the Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation technology in detail, then followed an introduction of three closed-loop PMSM servo control system, uses the MATLAB/SIMULINK to build the simulation model, obtains the simulation results.Secondly, the basic theory of back-stepping in non-linearity control systems are introduced, paper presents back-stepping control for PMSM position servo system, designs position, current, and speed controller on the basic of back-stepping control, the observer of disturbance torque is applied in system, the effect of torque disturbance to speed were reduced , and simulation results showed that the system had good performance.Finally, control circuits and peripheral circuits using TMS320LF2407A were designed. the main program and interrupt handling procedure flowcharts were given. |
