Because variable-resistance speed governing controller is ineffectiveness of controlling the crane and energy efficiency is so crucial nowadays, stator voltage regulation controller with the mechanism of speed governing by voltage regulation is good substitution in the modern market. There are many companies in China with the capability of manufacturing the stator voltage regulation device. But, most of the companies are buying the technology from other countries, which lower their benefit. In order to meet the growing requirement of the market and decreasing the cost, some companies stated to develop the stator voltage regulation device independently.The digital chip TMS320LF2407A invented by Texas Instrument (TI) is an ideal material of the motor monitoring device because of its excellent central processing ability and versatile peripherals compatibility. Also, there are abundant TMS320LF2407A based products and reference resources in China. So, a monitoring scheme of a motor can be easily and rapidly achieved by utilizing the TMS320LF2407A chip.This paper is about assembling stator voltage regulation device by using the TMS320LF2407A chip. In the paper, the mechanism of state voltage regulation and its realization are mainly discussed. Also, the hardware and software of state voltage regulation system are described in detail. The hardware includes the detection current of the voltage and current of the motor, trigger circuit of thyristor, detection circuit of the rotor frequency, zero crossing detection circuit of line voltage etc. The software processes the signal of each detection circuit to achieve various functions of stator rate controller. Based on the introduction of both software and hardware, the wave shape is presented. After the modulation of stator voltage regulation device, the whole system is basically stable and accurately controlled, which accomplished the goal of functioning the stator voltage regulation device. |
