Structural reinforcement and repair of existing structure is one of the major problems in the structural engineering, while the fiber cloth with its high strength, light weight, corrosion resistance, applicable to a wide range of simple construction and other characteristics, are widely used in the repair and strengthening of reinforced concrete structures. Over the last decade, theory and technology in FRP reinforcement concrete structures have developed rapidly, while people paid more and more attention in the numerical analysis with finite element theory. In this paper, based on experimental research i got some bending properties of FRP reinforced concrete slab using finite element analysis method, which was compared with the experimental result. In the paper,I did the experiment on the bending test of seven FRP reinforced concrete slabs, Test taking into accout three changes in fiber width, fiber type and number of layers. The results showed that:the mechanical characteristics of FRP changed the distribution form of crack and failure mode; the short-term stiffness, cracking load, yield load and ultimate load of FRP reinforced concrete slabs were increased to varying degrees, of which the most significant increase is ultimate load. Then i established the finite element model of FRP reinforced concrete slabs, taking into account the nonlinear concrete and steel. Through the finite element numerical calculation, I got the yield load, the ultimate load of the specimen, and the yield load and the ultimate load corresponding mid-span deflection. While comparing the results with the experimental test results I found that finite element results with the test results are consistent, which proved the feasibility and effectiveness of finite element analysis.
