| Pre-stressed concrete structures in civil engineering fields have a very wide range of applications, whether the estimate of prestress loss was correctly will affect to the size of effective pre-stress that established in the features section of pre-stressed concrete structure directly, and the loss of pre-stressed tensile force which caused by the friction between pre-stressed reinforced and pore wall have large proportion in all loss of pre-stressed tensile force. It is very important to get the actual loss of pre-stressed tensile force by have a study about the monitoring technology of construction before the constructing of large-span pre-stressed concrete structure.This text is based on a actual project of museum, I tested the friction loss on pre-stressed concrete frame beam and the effective calculating width of flange on T-beam. I tested the compressive strength and elastic modulus on the pre-stressed frame beam at the time of tension. I did the theoretical analysis and calculation on prestressing effect for the pre-stressed concrete frame beam KLx415. Finally, according to the method of controlling the effective stress on feature sections, I did the real-time monitoring for entire construction process.Through theoretical analysis and experimental research in this paper, there are some research results and conclusions:(1) Through the testing of friction loss on pre-stressed concrete frame beam KLx415,YKLy501,YKLx501a,YKLx501 which was be pulled on both side, the actual loss which yield by the friction between the pre-stressed reinforced and pore was be determined, and the actual channel friction factor was be determined by the method of least squares.(2) I do strain test on the floor of pre-stressed frame beam KLx415 which was tension on both ends, and I measured the effective calculation width of the flange that belong to the beam.(3) According to the related notional norms and technical regulations, I tested the compressive strength and elastic modulus on the pre-stressed frame beam KLx415 at the time of tension.(4) According to the method of equivalent load, and based on the standard formulas and some related parameters which was tested, I do theoretical analysis and calculation on the pre-stressed frame beam KLx415.(5) Using the method of controlling the tension stress active, I monitored the construction process of pre-stressed frame beam KLx415, I also monitored the effective stress of feature section and the Anti-arch of component to ensure the effect of tension. |
