Nowadays the steel structures are largely applied in the industrial plants and high buildings owning to their lightness, high strength, great industrialization and proper earthquake resistance, energy saving and environmental protection, rapid construction progress as well as recyclingness. However, comparatively, the strength of section is used completely during the designing for the steel structures, and "stress rate" of component is high, thus the components of the steel structure possess the properties such as long, thin, soft and slender, which lead to the highly sensibility of the steel structures to manufacturing deviation and erecting variation, due to lack of relative regulations, people don't know the influences on the structures'properties caused by manufacturing deviation and erecting variation of steel structures for the industrial and civil buildings.This article mainly aims to steel structures of single-floor and single-span and single-floor and double-span with various spans and height of columns in the industrial and civil buildings. In accordance with Code for acception of construction quality of steel structures (GB50205-2001), the combination of bias is suggested firstly to compute the preliminary stress and distortion caused by the bias. Utilizing large finite element analysis software, this article also quantitatively analyzes the influences on the structural properties by the single bias and the combination of bias for steel structures of single-floor and single-span and single-floor and double-span with various spans and height of columns, and works out prejudices for the strength, distortion and stability caused by the these biases and combinations of bias under numerical value, so as to provide technical references for the quality control of construction and modifications of defections of bias for the steeling works.
