Although the use of reinforced concrete structures has been around hundred years of history, the problem of corrosion of reinforcing in reinforced concrete structure has not been effectively resolved. And the lower durability of reinforced concrete structure because of the poor corrosion resistance of the steel bars has troubled scholar and engineer for quite a long time. There is a wide range of "salt injury"environment along our country's long coastline, coastal erosion will make reinforced concrete structure such as harbor piers undergo more rigorous tests. Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) bars is a kind of new type composite with many good features, such as high-strength, lightweight, strong corrosion resistance, better fatigue resistance and so on, so using FRP as supplement or even alternative materials of steel bars in reinforced concrete structure under the harsh environmental conditions to solve structural failure caused by reinforcement corrosion and improve the durability and service life of concrete structure is measuresh.Punching shear test results of concrete two-way slabs reinforced with FRP bars subjected to eccentric load were comprehensively analyzed to research the factors of concrete strength, amount of FRP bars, load location and so on, that influence punching shear properties such as the cracking, failure mode of two-way slabs, and stress of FRP bars, Punching shear capacity and ductile, etc. And compare that of the test slabs reinforced with FRP bars with that of the test slabs reinforced with steel bars and partial FRP bars. Then based on plastic hinge line theory and plastic limit analysis, calculation model of bending capacity and punching shear capacity of the test concrete two-way slabs were established and formulas were deduced. As the punching shear capacity formula is complex, empirical formula of concrete two-way slabs reinforced with FRP bars subjected to eccentric load were obtained only by fitting the punching shear experimental data. Finally, load-deflection curve of the test two-way slabs was calculated or fitted.
