With the development of science and technology, many equipments request higher power supply quality and reliability. UPS can regulate voltage and frequency, and prevent from surge current. It can afford short-time power supply when gird failure. UPS applications become extremely widespread, particularly on green energy requirements in recent years. The series-parallel compensated UPS not only satisfy the UPS conventional index outside, but also have high overload ability, adjustable power factor, high efficiency, and so on. It is accord with green energy requirements, and has great significance.This paper gives some principles, including detailed analysis on work principle, power flow, control strategy, signal detection. Signal detection and D-value SPWM is the core of control concept. Delta inverter adopts self-adaptive detection to compensation reactive and harmonic current, and which also has better adjust ability in voltage distortion. Main inverter adopts instantaneous voltage waveform compared to detect the numerical value and waveform of voltage fluctuations and harmonic. In D-value SPWM control, the modulated wave is the difference between calculated valvue and actul value. Then the errors are PI control to realize no static sent.By using DSP chip TMS320F2812 as control core, realize the D-value SPWM control. Dardware design is completed, including main circuit design, auxiliary power design, benchmark sine power design, drive circuit design, peripheral control circuit design, etc. And the first three gives detailed process. Software design realized the main program, AD sampling, sine wave generation, timer interrupt, digital filters and digital PI control. Through the C programming language realized every function.Finally, MATLAB/SIMULINK was used to complete the simulation in all situations of main inverter, Delta inverter and the whole system. Detailed analysis of the simulation results verified the feasibility of the UPS control approach.
