Fibre Reinforced Steel(FRS) is a new composite,which is composed of fiber as reinfored material,synthetic resin as cementation material,bar as matrix,spliced by worker or machine,and maintained in the Specially enviroment.The material has many excellent natures,such as, high elastic ratio,producing the second rigidity, resisting corrosion,atc.So it can be used in marine circumstance, severely chemical corrosion.and as anchor arm,reinfored material of bridge project,road project,offshore project.because the rebar is a kind of composite material,the mechanics constitutive of FRS isn't different from bar's elastic,plastic,strenghthening of three phases;at the same time ,it is not different from fibre's Plastic flow rate phase too. The mechanics constitutive depends on the bar's diameter,intensity and the amount of using fibre.In order to promote the usage of the rebar ,This paper researches the constitutive of rebar according to analysing the experiment data and using modern structure theory to annalyse the beam's of FRS right section bending resistance nature and all the courses of stress,depending on the assistance of henan university Natural Science Foundation(Item:steel—Fibre hybrid rebar's usage and development using in concret antiknock engineering;Number ; 2008A560001).According to research,we has got some achivements:1,The mechanics constitutive of FRS depends on the intensity of matrix and Fibre's using level. the elastic ratio of carbon fibre is becoming stonger with bar,but, before bar yielding the strain of bar is very minute,so the elastic ratio's increase isn't clear .Based on the conclusion mentioned above,This paper deems that we should use the bar's mechanics constitutive as the hybrid rebar's constitutive when the amount of using fibre isn's great.In the stage of plastice of bar,because of the increasing of strain the fibre affords more tension,the constitutive comes about obvious variation,the level plastic of nature stage turn into the stage of slash,the slope depends on the use level of fibre.2,Due to the rebar's surface is shielded by resining,so the rebar has sharply advantages when working in marine enviroment ,anticorrosion is another overhang merit.According to experiment results we come to a conclusion that the bar's grade loss is much less compared to bare bar.But if the doubing quality isn't good or there is clear flaw in the surface of bar,then due to the severe pitting corrosion event,the intensity's loss is worse compared to bare bar,the case shuold be paid attention when the rebar is used in concrete engineering.3,Analysing the hybrid rebar concrete fabric using modern engineering theory,can come to a conclusion that dehiscence flexural torgue's increase is limited,section antisquare plastic influence coefficient's increase is puniness comparing to naked bar beam. The max and min ratio of reinforcement can be calculated by classical concrete theory.The diference is clear when beam's fissure appears,due to fibre's effect the development of fissure is tardy comparing to common concrete beam,and it can improve the ability of engineering when the load which apply on beam change within a certain range.4,Using ansys software to analyse the process of the beam's working to afford gist of experiment research.Analysis indicates that the development of beam's flexivity is slower compared to common beam,the extent depends on the fiber using level and concrete intension.But if the fiber's using level is too higher, the increasing of limited bearing capacity is limited,the case is analogous to the over bar beam.So the beam's design should been based on the capability target.5,Because Fibre Reinforced Steel is a kind of composite material and the discreteness of fiber,the paper uses 3σ, Grubbs,chauvener criterion delete the fiber intension which the discreteness is large and umpire the confidence level of component.
