| High voltage electrical equipment insulation, because of the insulation design theory limitations of the existing insulation, the dispersion of dielectric insulation performance, erosion of adverse natural environment, long-term effects of working voltage, a short-term impact internal and external overvoltage etc., and its impact on the spot can meet the requirement of design, safe and reliable operation, all need to pass strict inspection insulation testing. Due to the test voltage waveform of test results is influential, developing insulation test voltage waveform analysis and filter research has a academic significance and practical value.This thesis first analyzes the test process harmonic produce, harm, especially of the test result influence. Secondly, this paper analysis the harmonic analysis methods and characteristics of the commonly used, on this basis, determine the application Fourier transform method conduct test voltage waveform analysis, using MATLAB/SIMULINK software to simulation.In view of the different experiment environment, simulationed the power frequency insulation test system, concluded that under various conditions, then, used fast Fourier transform to analysis the waveform waveform, from the analysis results obtained in test voltage of every harmonic component and total content. In order to ensure that the test voltage waveform satisfy test standards, carry out a filter research, in view of the different filter method, on the basis of sufficient demonstration to passive filter and active power filter principle of work as the foundation, designed the passive and active parallel hybrid filter combining the characteristics of mixing filters. Simulation results show that this method can effectively filter except the test voltage harmonic, make the test voltage waveform satisfy the test standards, solved in the past the test process can't identify and ensure test voltage waveform whether meet the requirements of the test standard problem, and make test safer, test results more objective.Anyhow, this paper through theoretical analysis, project design and simulation research, application of fast Fourier transform and MATLAB software, completed the insulation test voltage waveform analysis and filter study, the results of this study in insulation test system development has reference value. |
