It is a precondition and key factor for modern power plants and electric grids to provide the customers with high quality products and services by effectively and automatically controlling the turbine generator groups. With the improvement of technology, it has been changed from Mechanical Hydraulic Control System, MHC to Analog Electric Hydraulic Control system, AEH to now Digital Electric Hydraulic Control System, DEH. This article systematically analyses the basic key points of turbine control. A new control method has been provided according to trubine's key points and work theory. The mathematic model of several turbines'control system has been established after comparing the control theory and characteristic of different kinds of DEH. A new DEH method has been provided after key specs have been found by simulation. self-contained actuator is used and electrical protection replaces traditional mechanical protection. A new Digital Electric Hydraulic Control System has been implemented and effects of original Hydraulic Control System have been avoided.
