Concrete filled steel tubular structure with high bearing capacity, durability characteristics and so on, it can reduce the weight sectional and dimension. Because of having the advantages of three concrete filled steel tube to provide the compressive strength of concrete under constraint, is widely used in industrial production, high-buildings and Bridges structures, made good construction effect. However, the project will meet new functions and slightly damaged which involve some measures to reinforce or constraint repair the concrete-filled steel tubular shape. The technique of concrete structural strengthened with CFRP (Carbon fiber Reinforced Polymer) has been developed to a new retrofit method of strengthened concrete structure in recent years. In the civil engineering, the more study is engaged in the reforming, turn over new and reinforce—the construction strengthens after the load carried; For the construction reinforce before the load, with CFRP completely or partly replaced steel for structural reinforce research have started, in this kind of research using the CFRP tubular-concrete filled CFRP tubular form in construction attracts a lot of professionals attentions. It not only increases the strength of the pillar and ductility, but also the antisepsis is good. Concrete filled steel tubular columns can adapt to the development trend of the modern engineering, meet the technical request in modern construction. In recent years, there has been a new structure which is Concrete Filled CFRP-Steel Tubular structure. This structure is that concrete was poured in the CFRP-steel composite tube. Concrete Filled CFRP-Steel Tubular structure give full play to superiority of Concrete Filled Steel Tubular and Concrete Filled CFRP Tubular, and can make up both some insufficiencies to a certain extent. CFRP constraint concrete-filled steel tube can not only effectively delaying the buckling, steel can improve the bearing capacity and durability of concrete filled steel tube, and combined with CFRP can compensate CFRP concrete ductile pipe.From the experiment and theoretical analysis, the two aspects have researched the CFRP strengthening of concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular eccentrically compressed members mechanical properties and working mechanism, end in the system that based on the results of the analysis parameters, the bearing capacity and practical advice simplified calculation method have been given.1. Summarizes the domestic and overseas scholars about concrete-filled steel tube test and theoretical aspects and strengthening of the concrete filled steel tube on CFRP research results systematically, the paper explains the necessity of research work.2. In total 24 eccentrically compressed concrete filled rectangular CFRP strengthening of steel tubular members were experimentally investigated. The main parameters varied in the tests are: (1) slenderness ratio (λ),from 10.39 to 62.35 and (2) load eccentricity ratio (e/r),from 0 to 0.6.3. Using ABAQUS software which based on finite element analysis, established CFRP strengthening of concrete-filled rectangular steel tubular eccentrically compressed members stress on the deformation under load calculation model, the theoretical calculation result of test results is fully verified in this paper, the reliability of the finite element analysis model. The theoretical analysis model is studied, and the core tube concrete interaction, the core concrete stress-strain variation on the key problems, thoroughly reveals the axial eccentrically compressed members state of the working mechanism.4. In the system based on the results of the analysis parameters, the bearing capacity of the practical Suggestions, simplified calculation method of calculation and test results.5. To sum up the work of this article, has done a study on the future outlook.
